Shortly after my interview was completed. A few members of the ------- regiment have began firing live ammunition onto the fellow miners of -----. This resulted in a quick, and devastating response from ------ causing the quick and rampant call to arms by the officers of -----

Day 163

Some of my fellow regiment members and I went out to go scrooping [scrapping] at a local salvage field, since we heard rare metals were dropping there.

Day 164

The leader of our excursion confronted a Brazilian man who was supposedly stealing rare metals from our truck. When he knew he was caught, he dropped them and walked away. Shortly after returning them to our truck, he fired at our truck, destroying it and making two people bleed out. A few minutes later, I returned to our facility and began depositing RMats into a metalworks factory when I heard our regiment operation leader tell us to grab shotguns and bandages.

When we arrived, we found the field to be empty. We began our scroop ritual, and, shortly after beginning to scroop, the same Brazilian man arrives to the field, being quickly shot dead. We quickly brought an armored car, fearing the worst.

Leader of -----: "What is going on around this place? My men say that there has been some shooting here."

Scrooper from my regiment: "Your boys are right, they were stealing from us!"

Leader of -----: "Vá-se embora, ir [Go away, Go] Why you say they are stealing? And why they say you shot them?"

At this point in time, its is the ladder end of the second standoff, and the armored cars blocking the road to the left begin backing away.

Leader of -----: "I want to negotiate peace for you, and for my men"

My regi Op leader: "I agree, bro, my bad we shot him, it was the tensity of the moment."

My regiment leader: "Why did you shoot him to begin with, he just wanted to scroop?"

Leader of -----: "I am sorry that this man has stolen from you, I will bring my men back, and I shall punish them. I will ban them from this field for three days."

Later, one armored car shows up and blocks the road leading out of the field. We exchanged greetings, then proceeded to prevent each other from advancing. A few moments later, one armored car, and an R-1 full of infantry arrive. Peace is reached, and the leader of the Brazilian's regiment bans them from using the salvage field.
